Written and recorded during a transitional period of my life, these are songs about reaching a point where change becomes necessary. It becomes all too easy to spin and circles and resort to self destruction or not deal with our problems altogether. We are not alone on islands. Through our support systems, we can pick ourselves up and push forward. These are not happy songs. But I'd like the takeaway to be acceptance, growth and perseverance. Being an exceptionally brief person, there are not many lyrics. But what I do say, I mean. Thank you to everyone that has stood by me though the years. I credit my ability to do my work, to make my art and express myself to you.
